Delivery destinations

We deliver only to countries and regions that are available for selection at checkout. If a destination cannot be selected at checkout, we are currently unable to accept an order for delivery there.

Shipping costs

The shipping costs applicable to your delivery address are displayed at checkout before you complete your order. If free shipping is available based on order value, a promotion or a discount, this will also be shown at checkout.

Processing and delivery

After successful payment processing, orders are forwarded for processing and fulfilment. Delivery times may vary depending on destination, carrier, workload and circumstances outside our control. The information shown at checkout or in the shipping confirmation applies. Unless expressly stated as binding, delivery estimates are approximate.

Tracking

If tracking is available for the selected shipping method, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided with the order after dispatch.

Address details

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible through our contact form. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once the order has been forwarded for fulfilment.

Customs and import charges

For deliveries outside a customs territory, additional import duties, customs charges or fees may apply where these are not already collected at checkout. Any such charges are handled according to the laws of the destination country.
