Right of withdrawal

Consumers generally have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform REOVA, Dorde Stankovic, Bayerhofstraße 4, 8600 Bruck an der Mur, Austria, by a clear statement of your decision. Please preferably use our contact form or email stankovic651@gmail.com. It is sufficient to send your notice before the withdrawal period expires.

Unopened products

Unopened products with their original seal intact may be returned within the statutory withdrawal period.

Opened or unsealed cosmetic products

The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene once the seal has been removed after delivery. This may apply in particular to appropriately sealed skincare, body care and other cosmetic products. Merely opening the outer shipping packaging does not automatically exclude the right of withdrawal.

Effects of withdrawal

If you validly withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse payments received from you, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice. Unless otherwise agreed, we will use the same payment method used for the original transaction. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever occurs first.

Goods eligible for return must be sent back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you notify us of your withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Damaged, defective or incorrect goods

The hygiene-related exceptions above do not affect your statutory warranty rights. If goods arrive damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us via our contact form and include your order number and a short description of the issue.
