1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions apply to orders placed by consumers through the REOVA online store. The seller is Dorde Stankovic, trading as REOVA, Bayerhofstraße 4, 8600 Bruck an der Mur, Austria. You can contact us via our contact form or by email at stankovic651@gmail.com.

2. Conclusion of contract

The presentation of products in the online store does not constitute a binding offer. By submitting an order, the customer makes a binding offer to purchase the goods contained in the cart. The contract is concluded when we accept the order, in particular by sending an order confirmation or by dispatching the goods.

3. Prices and payment

Prices displayed in the store include applicable statutory VAT where required. Additional shipping costs may apply and will be shown before the order is completed at checkout. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout.

4. Delivery

We deliver to the destinations available for selection at checkout and to the delivery address provided by the customer. Shipping costs and available shipping methods are displayed before the order is completed.

5. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until payment has been made in full.

6. Right of withdrawal

Consumers are entitled to the statutory right of withdrawal. Details, time limits and exceptions are set out in our Withdrawal & Refund Policy.

7. Statutory warranty rights

Statutory warranty rights apply. Mandatory consumer rights are not restricted by these Terms & Conditions.

8. Liability

We are liable in accordance with applicable law. Any limitations of liability do not apply to injury to life, body or health, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or cases of mandatory statutory liability.

9. Product information

Product descriptions and cosmetic information are provided for informational purposes and do not replace medical advice. If you have known sensitivities or allergies, please review the ingredients listed for the relevant product before use.

10. Governing law

Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers, this choice of law applies only to the extent that it does not deprive them of mandatory protections granted by the law of the country in which they have their habitual residence.

11. Final provisions

If individual provisions are invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain unaffected. Mandatory statutory consumer rights take precedence over any conflicting provision.
